PAYMENT POLICY

We offer three convenient ways to pay your monthly rent. We accept online payments, retail store cash payments, and by mail. We DO NOT accept monthly rent payments at our office. Rent is due on the FIRST day of each month. If you do not pay rent in its entirety by the FIFTH of the month, you will be charged a late fee as indicated in your lease agreement.

ONLINE PAYMENT

RETAIL STORE CASH PAYMENT

To obtain a retail store cash payment barcode, login to the TENANT PORTAL on your phone and click the following links in this order.

  • MENU
  • PAYMENTS
  • FIND STORE
  • MAKE PAYMENT

You will then be provided a barcode on your phone for the cashier to scan. Cash payments at CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, or Ace Cash Express are posted to your account within 15 minutes. Keep your receipt as proof of payment. $3.99 per-transaction

MAIL PAYMENT

It is important to note that the USPS is closed on Sundays and holidays. Personal checks are not accepted after the 5th. Please make your check or money order payable to FOUR CORNERS, and make sure to include your FULL NAME, RENTAL ADDRESS as well as your SIGNATURE. Mail your payment to the address below. NSF Fee $25.00
