  • ASSIST PERSPECTIVE TENANTS IN VIEWING THE PROPERTY
  • SCREEN POTENTIAL TENANTS BY PREFORMING CREDIT, CRIMINAL, EMPLOYMENT, AND RENTAL HISTORY CHECKS THROUGH EXPERIAN & PREVIOUS LANDLORDS
  • COLLECT & MAINTAIN SECURITY DEPOSIT(S)
  • PREPARE LEASES, ADDENDUMS, AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTATION
  • COLLECT FIRST MONTH’S RENT
  • MOVE-IN TENANTS
  • COLLECT SUBSEQUENT MONTHLY RENTS THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENTS (E-CHECK, DEBIT CARDS, CREDIT CARDS), CVS PHARMACY, & THE POSTAL SERVICE
  • HANDLE ALL MAINTENANCE REQUEST AND REPAIRS
  • PROVIDE MONTHLY ONLINE STATEMENTS AT THE END OF EACH MONTH
  • PROVIDE OWNER RENTS RECEIVED (LESS MAINTENANCE EXPENSES, COURT COSTS, & MANAGEMENT FEE) THROUGH DIRECT DEPOSIT AT THE END OF EACH MONTH
  • HANDLE EVICTION PROCEEDINGS WHEN NECESSARY
  • PROVIDE END OF YEAR FINANCIAL REPORTS AND 1099 TAX FORM
