  • You will NEVER be asked to wire money or to request funds via a mobile payment app like Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.
  • We will NEVER ask you to take or keep the key after your tour.
  • We will NEVER advertise on Craigslist or Facebook
  • We will ONLY utilize our official ONLINE PORTAL and by visiting our leasing office.

AVAILABILITY

  • If an advertised property is no longer listed below under CURRENT LISTINGS, then we have an approved application, and it is no longer available.
  • To keep up with our current housing inventory, please check this page frequently.

SCHEDULE TOUR

  • You must be 18+.
  • Click VIEW DETAILS then click CONTACT US on a current listing below to inform us you would like to tour that specific property.
  • This will create a guest card in our system for you.
  • We will then contact you through e-mail with instructions on how to move forward with a tour.

TAKE TOUR

  • Consider bringing a trusted companion with you.
  • The CodeBox only works at your scheduled viewing time.
  • You must reply with CONFIRM when prompted to receive your entry-code.
  • Enter your assigned four-digit code then press ENTER.
  • Press above the number keypad to open the CodeBox door to remove the key.
  • Turn off all lights when leaving the home.
  • Make sure all doors are securely locked.
  • Place the key back in the CodeBox and press the door shut to lock it.

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Before proceeding, please review our RENTAL CRITERIA.
  • Before applying, you must view the inside of the home.
  • There is a $40 application fee.
  • Typically, the application process takes 1-3 business days.
  • ONCE APPROVED – Payment of the deposit must be made within 3 business days of application approval. Failure to do so will result in the application being cancelled and us moving on to the next applicant.
  • Once the application has been approved or denied, we will contact you by phone or text.
